Plan of Selva Campania Falanghina IGT

100% Falangina wine. The grapes are harvested by hand, the bunches undergo a soft pressing after a few hours of cold maceration. The must ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12-14 °C.

Minimum refinement of 3 months in steel.

It pairs very well with local cuisine, excellent with seafood, with grilled or baked fish, or with fresh or slightly mature cheeses. On the palate it is a fresh and savory wine, with delicate notes of citrus and yellow pulp fruit.
